Experience assessing life-cycle costs, environmental impacts, greenhouse gas emissions, pavement smoothness impacts, asphalt production emissions, environmental product declarations, and sustainability-focused infrastructure decisions.

Experience developing and evaluating laboratory and field testing procedures, quality assurance and quality control methods, tack coat testing technologies, chip seal quality control procedures, density-related performance improvements, and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Experience with asphalt plant production, asphalt mix properties, recycling strategies, plant emissions, renewable fuel evaluation, production-related performance issues, and recommendations to improve efficiency, durability, and sustainability.

Experience with statistical analysis, data analytics, machine learning, finite element modeling, infrastructure simulation, pavement-vehicle interaction, pavement roughness impacts, service life assessment, and engineering interpretation of performance data.

Experience providing technical evaluation, forensic engineering review, document review, expert reporting, deposition support, litigation support, patent-related technical evaluation, and infrastructure-related engineering analysis.

Experience leading and collaborating on infrastructure projects with transportation agencies, contractors, engineering firms, industry partners, and professional organizations, supported by a research, implementation, and technology-development portfolio approaching $9 million.

Experience developing academic and industry-facing training materials related to civil engineering materials, asphalt and concrete testing, pavement engineering, QA/QC, sustainability, and infrastructure performance.
